McKinney Texas is located in Collin County in north central Texas and serves as the
county seat for the county. Geographically, it is located 30 miles north of Dallas
and 51 miles northwest of Fort Worth. The Central Expressway (US 75) is the main
highway connecting McKinney with the Dallas metropolitan area. Other highways that
intersect in McKinney are Route 380 and Route 5. Below are several maps that show
